Examen d'EagleView à des fins d'ICU/POCUS

Produit assez solide dans l'ensemble. Bonne qualité d'image et fonctionnalités. La connexion sans fil est pratique. Les vues abdominales sont assez claires et comparables à celles des machines plus chères. Deux problèmes pour ceux qui travaillent dans les paramètres de l'unité de soins intensifs sont :

1. Le réglage pulmonaire, pour une raison quelconque, ne fournit pas d'images de qualité et il est très difficile d'apprécier le glissement pleural, voire pas du tout. J'ai comparé l'EagleView avec la machine Sonosite sur le même patient au même moment. Les lignes B sont également plus difficiles à distinguer et apparaissent plus floues.

2. La sonde curviligne n'est pas aussi petite que la sonde cardiaque sur le Sonosite, ce qui rend plus difficile la mise au point sur les vues cardiaques car la sonde capture un champ plus large (y compris plus d'ombres de côtes en périphérie, ce qui peut être gênant).

Je ne l'ai pas encore utilisé pour placer une ligne, mais le réglage vasculaire a des images de grande qualité et je pense que cela fonctionnerait très bien.

c'est un appareil pratique, utile et pas cher

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le POCUS Eagleview, notamment pour l'étude du système musculo-squelettique. Cela semblait très maniable même pour les régions abdominales et avec un excellent rendu d'image. Un peu déçu pour la partie vasculaire car j'espérais pouvoir enregistrer le tracé doppler en arrangeant l'image couleur en même temps. Mais c'est peut-être une limitation des appareils de cette catégorie (je n'ai pas eu l'occasion d'essayer ceux de la concurrence). Très rapide, le couplage Wifi entre la sonde et le smartphone/tablette. La recharge sans fil est satisfaisante. Je suis satisfait de l'achat. Je joins l'étude d'une bursite à ansérine.

C'est vraiment utile. Les images ont une excellente résolution, mais ce serait formidable si le PWI pouvait être utilisé en même temps que le doppler couleur afin que le diagnostic vasculaire puisse être plus précis.
